Primary and Secondary Customer Research & Analysis
A critical first step in any business initiative is the thorough understanding
of your target customers’ needs and wants—their interests, purchase beha-
vior, buying patterns, media usage patterns and satisfaction with current Web offerings.

Our comprehensive research services list includes customer mind set seg-mentation, identification and profiling of customer targets, usability studies, online customer satisfaction surveys, focus groups, anthropological studies,
and online brand awareness studies.

Creative & Branding Workshop
Brand strategy assignments begin with a branding and creative workshop.
The first stage of the workshop includes: a review of your business object-
ives; competitive landscape and company positioning, and target customer profiling exercise. Subsequently, the team is led through a brainstorming
session discussing customer experience, exploring your corporate identity
(logo direction, etc.), and defining the parameters of your corporate imagery.

Brand Strategy
Using the rich pool of information gathered at the branding workshop, our
creative team will develop your company’s brand strategy detailing the bra-
nd positioning within the marketplace, brand attributes, key competitors, communication strategy, and profile of your primary and secondary targets.
It will also document the overall experience, the tone and the main message
your brand seeks to convey to your target customers.

Corporate Identity Development
Chromosome22 will utilize your customer profile, brand strategy and crea-
tive brief as input for fashioning your company’s logo. This process inclu-
des: developing image boards; sketching ideas; display of various logo
concepts for further input, and the development of the final logo selection.

After completing the final deliverable, a Corporate Identity Manual will be
created to establish usage guidelines for fonts, colors and relevant applica-
tions across all media. Furthermore, you may take advantage of our exper-
tise in creative direction, design and production in developing all forms of collateral materials such as brochures, stationary, press kits, etc.

Online Visual Strategy, Multimedia, Information Design & Execution
This group of services includes the conceptualization and creation of inter-
faces through graphic design, information design, motion graphics, anima-
tion, and 3D modeling. During this process, the Chromosome22 design team works closely with information architecture and technical teams to create a variety of concepts that visually represent what an interface could potentially look like, consistent with core creative and brand strategies.

Usability Testing
Chromosome22 recommends usability testing of client projects. Through qualitative research services such as focus groups, one-on-one interviews
and online surveys, Chromosome22 provides testing for some or all functions and content of client projects. Usability testing and subsequent improvements will give your users a better online experience leading to stronger customer satisfaction, repeat visits, site loyalty and a competitive edge.
